Shipping and Refund Policies
Shipping Duration

Standard Orders: Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.

USA Orders: Depending on the shipping method selected, delivery takes 5–10 business days after shipment.

International Orders: Delivery may take 2–6 weeks, depending on the shipping method selected.
Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery can take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering.

If you realize your address is incorrect, email orders@christianleaders.net immediately.

If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to an incorrect entry, you will need to pay the shipping price again.
Official Earned Credentials

Christian Leaders only mails credentials that have been earned.

If a credential is ordered before program completion, it will not be sent. Once completed, contact orders@christianleaders.net to request fulfillment.

Refunds may be issued if the order has not yet shipped. After mailing, refunds are considered nonrefundable and subject to the discretion of the Financial Director.

If an order is incorrect or contains errors, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
Important Note on Credential Orders:
If you purchase a credential using someone else’s name and email address, and that person has also earned the same credential, the order will be fulfilled in their name. In this case, you will need to repurchase the credential under your own account so that it is issued in your name.
Merchandise

Merchandise is refundable only before shipment.

Once shipped, merchandise is considered nonrefundable.
Damaged or Lost Orders

Damaged Orders: If an order arrives damaged, CLI will resend the order. Customers must provide photos of the damage.

Lost Orders: If an order is lost in the mail, CLI will resend the order.
Exchanges

For clothing items that do not fit, email orders@christianleaders.net.

You will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the item.

Once the item is received, a replacement will be mailed to you at no additional cost.
Refunds

Refunds are available for items that have not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it is considered nonrefundable unless an error or defect occurred.

Refund requests for credentials already mailed are subject to review and approval by the Financial Director.

For unsatisfactory merchandise, contact orders@christianleaders.net to request a return. If approved by the Financial Director, a prepaid shipping label will be provided, and a refund will be issued once the item is received.
Christian Leaders Institute (CLI) Credential Replacement Policy
Purpose
Christian Leaders Institute (CLI) recognizes the importance of official credentials for our students’ professional and ministry pursuits. In the event a credential is lost, damaged, or otherwise requires replacement after it has arrived to the student.
Policy Overview
Students who need to replace their official credential may request a replacement at a discounted fee, as follows:

First Replacement
- The first request for a replacement credential is available at a 50% discount on the original credential purchase price.
- This discount applies only once per credential type.

Subsequent Replacements
- For any additional replacements, students will need to pay full price and re-order the credential.

Request Process
- To request a replacement, students must contact orders@christianleaders.net with proof of identity and details regarding the credential they wish to replace.
- Students will be provided with a coupon code for 50% off to reorder the credential.
