Shipping and Refund Policies

 

Shipping Duration:

For orders to be shipped allow 5-10 business days.

Digital Download:

Once a Digital Download is ordered, it can take up to 7 business days to arrive to the email address you place the order with, for any questions about Digital Downloads email orders@christianleaders.net

USA Orders: Depending on the shipping method selected, USA orders can take 5-10 business days to arrive.

International Orders:

Depending on the shipping method selected, International orders can take 2-6 weeks to arrive. 

Shipping Address:

When placing an order make sure to put the correct shipping address in. If you place your order and realize your shipping address is incorrect email orders@christianleaders.net to make sure your order is shipping to your correct address. If your item is shipped to the wrong address you will need to repurchase the item and pay shipping again.

 Official Earned Credentials:

Christian Leaders does not send Credentials that have not been earned, if a someone orders a Credential they have not earned it will not be mailed out. If a student completes the Credential later then the order date, they will need to contact orders@christianleaders.net and let them know they now have completed the Credential. Credentials may be refunded if the order has not yet been mailed to the student. After an order is mailed out, students may request a refund, but it is
considered nonrefundable at that point and is up to the discretion of the
Financial Director of Christian Leaders Institute as to whether a refund will
be issued. If a student receives an incorrect order or an order with a mistake,
he or she may request a replacement certificate or diploma at no additional
cost.

 

Merchandise:

Merchandise is refundable
before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, the merchandise is considered
nonrefundable, but if the students does not receive the order or if it arrives
damaged (pictures must be provided showing damage), CLI will re-send the
merchandise with the student only paying the cost for shipping the replacement.Damaged order:

When items or credentials arrive damaged, customers pay the shipping but will not need to pay the items cost again.

Lost order:

When an order is lost in the mail, customers pay the shipping but will not need to pay the items cost again.

 Exchange:

For instances when a clothing item doesn't fit and it needs to be mailed back for another size, contact orders@christianleaders.net and you will be provided with a shipping label to print, then you can mail it back free of charge

 Refunds:

For Items you are unsatisfied with and would like to to mail back to receive a refund, contact orders@christianleaders.net and they will provide you with a shipping label to print, then you can mail it back free of charge, once the item is returned you will receive your refund.
