Student ID Photo Upload

During checkout, please upload a clear headshot photo to be used for your Christian Leaders Alliance chaplain ID card. A plain background and good lighting are recommended.

Optional Ministry Resources

Students may also choose to add recommended ministry handbooks and resources that support chaplain service in a variety of ministry settings.

Shipping: Items will be shipped out within 5-7 buisness days from when the order is placed. Shipping rates do vary based on your location.

Returns: Returns should be sent to 17771 West Spring Lake Rd, Spring Lake, MI 49456, once the item arrives you will be issued a refud.
