To request your Official Christian Leaders Transcript be sent out to another institution you must pay the $5.00 processing fee and fill out a Transcript Release Form. This is for up to 2 transcript to be sent to another institution.
You will receive an email in 5-7 days with a Transcript Release Form that you must fill out and email back to us. *If you don't receive the email within that time frame, please check your spam folder.
Shipping: Items will be shipped out within 5-7 buisness days from when the order is placed. Shipping rates do vary based on your location.
Returns: Returns should be sent to 17771 West Spring Lake Rd, Spring Lake, MI 49456, once the item arrives you will be issued a refud.
